Naturally, it is faster than the standard model, which is already very dynamic.
German tuning company Novitec has revealed its latest creation: a faster, sportier-looking version of the Maserati MC20.
The company specializes in tuning Italian supercars, so seeing their version of the mid-engined Maserati isn’t a surprise.
Its upgrades are plentiful, with changes headlined by an exhaust system plated with fine grade 999 gold. That’s right, it’s plated in pure gold .
There’s also a new front splitter and new rear spoiler, plus a much larger diffuser.
And each component is made of carbon fiber and has not been painted, so everything is visible.
The same also applies to the new side skirts.
Additionally, the interior can be customized to order with almost any color combination you can imagine, using a combination of Alcantara and leather upholstery.
And the price?
Well, the MC20 has an MSRP of $212,000 for the base model, and this is definitely not base.
So for this Novitec-tuned version of the Maserati MC20, expect to pay up to half a million.
About the Maserati MC20
The MC20 is the brand’s first all-new model in a long time, especially considering the Levante SUV is just a heavily revised Alfa Stelvio.
More specifically, it uses Maserati’s first in-house engine in more than 20 years.
It’s a twin-turbo V6 and the company is so proud of it that it has given it a name: ‘Nettuno’.
Earlier this year, the company also introduced a convertible version of the MC20 called Cielo, which is Italian for “sky.”
