Although BMW has recently renewed the X5, Manhart continues to seek the limits of its outgoing M version with this preparation that takes it up to 730 CV.
Just over a month ago, BMW launched a thorough restyling of the BMW X5 M that came after the corresponding renewal of the rest of the X5 range . This upgraded X5 M presents us with a look that is even capable of rivaling that of the new XM Label Red , with a body that combines a Dravit Gray metallic paint with contrasting details in red accentuating the generous air intakes of the front bumper or rear diffuser and in the form of subtle stripes on the grill, the hood, the side or by painting the brake calipers.
This aggressive touch is also helped by a new body kit in the form of a new front spoiler, new skirts, the aforementioned diffuser, a complex carbon fiber rear spoiler and other parts. The icing on the cake is 23-inch alloy wheels with 315/25 ZR23 tires and an interior that now looks sportier with more presence of carbon in its finishes.
While in the part of the chassis to improve both its posture and its dynamic behavior, the Manhart X5 M has an adaptive suspension with new springs , although the great protagonist in this section is of course the new engine performance.
BMW M’s famous 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8, which originally puts out 625bhp and 750Nm of peak torque in the Competition model, is here capable of around 730bhp of power and 900Nm of peak torque .
